Yes, we are happy to send you the technical rider upon request.
How much time do you need for setup and teardown?
How much time do you need for setup and teardown?
We need approximately 1.5 hours for the technical setup. To ensure everything is prepared carefully and without rush, we prefer to arrive 3 hours before the start of the performance. This gives us enough time to scout the venue, change, and get ready for the show.
After the event, we require 1.5 hours to safely pack everything away.

Yes, in addition to the full 30-minute performance, we also offer a compact version of approximately 20 minutes.

This varies by municipality or venue, and the organization is responsible for this themselves. Please contact the venue, municipality, or the fire department if you are in doubt. Often, a notification is sufficient. You can find all safety information in our technical rider, which you can share with the venue or municipality if needed. In some cases, the municipality may involve the fire department to ensure additional safety.
The firefly finale (sparks created by the charcoal effect) can be adjusted or replaced if open flames are not permitted. We may decide at the last minute to modify this finale for fire safety reasons, for example, in cases of extreme drought or if highly flammable materials are nearby.

To ensure the performance runs smoothly, we kindly request:
- A private room for us to change in.
- A nutritious vegetarian meal for longer events.
- Water, coffee/tea, and a few snacks.

Yes, we have a professional battery-powered sound system that is suitable for audiences of up to approximately 200 people.
